Should gym t-shirts be tight or loose?


This is up to personal preference, some people love an oversized fit due to their unrestrictive feel, however, the excess material can annoy some. Tight fits can be better for those doing more agile training, to keep distraction to a minimum. It’s all about trying out different fits and finding what you prefer.
