3. Pedicure bars are a must! Daily usage keeps your feet looking their best, but be careful not to overdo exfoliating on your calluses. Calluses are there for a reason—they protect and keep our feet healthy.
4. Always file toe nails straight, not curved, to avoid painful ingrowns. Ingrown nails can lead to infection and fungus. If you see any unusual discolorations or areas of concern, consult a physician.

Prolong your polish at home! Its simple… Manicures may need to be done every three days or every day depending on how hard you are on them. Pedicures about once a week. By applying a clear top coat to the nail and gliding it over the free edge provides a seal for your color. It may get on the tip of your finger or toe but will come off easily the next time you wash your hands. Wow! what a difference a few months can make. Salon 7000 is going through an amazing transformation. I am pleased to announce the arrival of skin care and nail services. The private aesthetics room is completed and ready for business! The newly remodeled nail area is nearly done. Both spaces are lovely and will take the salon to a whole new dimension.

To compliment the new skin care services, I have added Rhonda Allison Skin Therapies to the product offerings. Our aesthetician, Christine, will mix and match from each system to tailor a custom home skin care plan. She will synchronize her recommendations with your professional treatments to help you achieve your most beautiful, radiant skin!
