With Spring right around the corner it is time to update.
First, thanks to all for your understanding of our no cash tip policy. With change comes reward…that reward is that we did not have to raise our prices.
We encourage everyone to go to our site and click on the facebook and/or myspace link and sign on as a fan. This is where we post specials and daily events.
Our team is awaiting the annual Hair for Fun hairshow at the end of March. This is a huge event for us…this year for the first time, Daniel will be able to be a spectator opposed to being on stage. So please be excited for the new trends for spring and summer…they are sure to dazzle.
We would like to introduce our new head aesthetician Lizzy…She wows us with her knowledge and expertise in all facets of skin care. Lizzy also is and aesthetic instructor at her family owned aesthetic academy in Tempe. Watch for specials on Facebook so you can be properly introduced. Lizzy also is an expert nail tech.
Also, new to us is Jaime. Jaime is in our mentorship program as a hairstylist and is an experienced nail tech. Her fun ways make the salon sparkle just a bit more.
One more new person is Misty. Misty is also an experienced aesthetician…If you want a gentle touch, this is your girl.
In March we also will be participating in a Locks Of Love event at McClintock High School. We will be cutting and styling lots and lots of hair and all proceeds (including the cut hair) will be donated to Locks Of Love Foundation. Please HELP us in an effort to build self esteem in children who have cancer. For every money donation you make at Salon 7000 we will give you 10% off of your service.
We look forward to seeing you all in the coming weeks, and thank you for your continued patronage. We know that you have a choice. Thanks for choosing us.

nails, tips
- Filing is always better for nails than clipping. Clipping nails can damage the layers that make up your nails.
- Cuticle oil and nail strengthener are essential to keeping your nails strong, beautiful, and healthy.
- Pedicure bars are a must! Daily usage keeps your feet looking their best, but be careful not to overdo exfoliating on your calluses. Calluses are there for a reason—they protect and keep our feet healthy.
- Always file toe nails straight, not curved, to avoid painful ingrowns. Ingrown nails can lead to infection and fungus. If you see any unusual discolorations or areas of concern, consult a physician.
- Pampering yourself to a professional manicure and pedicure helps you to develop good nail care habits and makes your hands and feet look their best.
